The Celestine Ward is a High Elf faction based out of Wardship of the Sleeping Moon near Leth Nurae on Thestra. They are based out the Wardship of the Sleeping Moon and the Recondite Threshold that lies in the swamp near the Ruins of Vol Tuniel.
The Celestine Ward directly opposes the Blood Howler Clan that inhabit the plains nearby, the Order of the True Blood Drake Riders that overtook the Griffon Eyrie, Rotblood Troglodytes that have overrun the Ruins of Vol Tuniel, and the Vi'Rak snake demons that inhabit a poisoned hot spot in the swamp undergrounds. The Celestine Ward also carries over the traditional High Elf hatred for the Goblin, Orc, Vulmane, and Dark Elf.

Upon arrival to the Wardship of the Sleeping Moon you will notice it's a small outpost with one of every trainer, a broker, bank, and crafting station. At first there will be seemingly few quests available, but will change quickly.
As of GU3 Goblin, Orc, Vulmane, Dark Elf does not begin at -8200 Faction and are Kill on Sight. All other races should begin at -2000. As you gain faction, more quests open up and you are given access to more Celestine Ward armor and weapons. Some quests give minor factions others give quite a lot.

As you begin to kill in the name of the Celestine Ward you'll find pieces of armor and other seemingly useless items drop. By combining a piece of armor with the appropriate candle, rune, tome, and cataylst you will unlock a powerful item geared for your class. Each piece of armor requires all five items to create. You can tell which candle, rune, and tome by the three words at the bottom of the armor. The first word is the candle, the second word is the rune, the third is the tome.

Once you have the components for your armor, you will need to visit one of the lost Ancient Ritual Stone of Leth Verael to perform the ritual. The stone orbs are guarded by Ancient Constructs.
